I am sure most of us would have faced the following questions,those volleys of questions which doesnot require answers,primarily meant to spite us, and yet… we grin and bear it,but why.. I have often asked myself ….

1.How do you spend the whole day ?

Ans.i eat,sleep,get up,eat, and sleep more,answer nature’s calls in between and then sleep again,this is how i spend my time.

2.Don’t you feel bored?

Ans.why should i,i gossip the whole day about my near and not so dear ones,go shopping,binge money on spas,and beauty care,where is the time to get bored?

3.Why are you wasting your education ?

ans.had i not wasted mine,you would be still be hunting for a job,hold on to your chair

and keep your fingers crossed.

4.You attend kitty parties ???

ans.ofcourse yes,dont you people attend meetings,so do i.i attend one kitty party ,rush to the second one and gossip there about the food and dress sensibilities of my previous hostess.see,am a food critic and a fashion guru in the making.

5.Do you cook?

ans.where is the time.i have already listed the daily itinerary.any way who eats??? Protein shakes is all that i have.

6.Enjoying at home ?

ans.what a question?when am i at home for that?and whenever i am at home i told you i sleep,and eat ofcourse minimally.i dont get time to enjoy at home.

7.Why don’t do you do social service ?

ans.ofcourse i do social service.i tip my hair stylist.i send the leftovers from the parties to the orphanages,i do all these and more,i am humble,i can’t say any more.

8.Don’t you feel bad that you are not contributing to our nation’s GDP?

ans.see don’t try to pull me down by using economic jargons.mind you if i wasn’t there the retail boom wouldn’t have been the talk of the day.

Ofcourse these are the answers I feel like giving to my interrogators.

and mean while:

breakfast,lunch,dinner,tea all get automatically cooked and served to my family.

my child wakes up,dressesup ,goes to school,studies,sleeps,goes to doctor when sick,buys things for school on her own..

bills get paid,bathrooms get cleaned,empty tins in the kitchen gets filled up with grocery ..plants get watered,a sick relative gets attended,almirahs are arranged….

ofcourse nothing i say,i enjoyed at home ,smile ,and then remind myself of things still not done,but ofcourse,on the day of the Budget,I and so many of us are quietly forgotten..
